I just received this item from CPO (not Amazon). The handle is broken out of the box. Package is horrible like the above said. They put in large plastic air pad versus solid foam. This is 80 pound package, and using large plastic air pad? Now I got to find out how to get this issue resolved. I got RMA for this.
